The documentary film (2012) by Laura Maier is called “Rastafari as a sustainable Lifestyle: Messages from Jamaica”. It shows an in-depth inside view on how the philosophy of Rastafari offers a sustainable lifestyle.

Niloticaafric TUGIFA Band is a unique blend of Afro Caribbean and Folk Pop that plays the only Pan Drum/Steel Drums in Uganda, the Adungu, Tube Fiddle, Traditional Drums, Traditional Flute, Guitar, Cow bell, and Shakers. The Rastafarian elder in the band gives teachings about traditional ways of life, stories about childhood in Africa, and campfire stories.
